Refund Policy for Course and Conference Registration
Thank you for registering for our program. We are committed to delivering a high-quality, immersive learning experience. To ensure fairness and proper allocation of resources, the following refund policy shall apply:
Finality of Registration
All registrations are considered final and confirmed upon payment. Slots are limited and reserved exclusively for registered participants; thus, commitment to attend is expected upon securing a slot.Non-Refundable Fees
Registration fees are generally non-refundable, as they cover administrative costs, third-party platform fees, venue reservations, materials preparation, and program logistics.Cancellation Requests
Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to the organizing team. While immediate refunds are not guaranteed, requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances and availability of replacement participants.Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds, if any, will only be processed after the completion of the course or event. This allows the organizing team to:Assess the possibility of filling the vacated slot
Complete post-event financial reconciliation
Replacement/Substitution Policy (for conference registration)
Participants may opt to transfer their slot to another qualified individual by notifying the organizers in advance. All substitutions are subject to approval and must comply with registration requirements.No-Show Policy
Failure to attend the course without prior notice shall be considered a forfeiture of the registration fee, and no refund will be granted.Program Changes or Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the course is postponed or canceled by the organizers, participants will be given the option to:Transfer their registration to a rescheduled date, or
Receive a full or partial refund, depending on incurred costs
Force Majeure
Refunds or adjustments due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.Time-Sensitive Refunds for conferences/events:
Early Cancellation: Partial refunds (50%) are available if cancelled at least 2 months in advance
Late Cancellation: No refunds are issued if cancelled within 2 weeks of the event.
Administrative Fees: 20% of the registration cost for processing cancellations.
